Not a government office or records custodian. This private reference cannot obtain, certify, change, or remove a public record, and it cannot verify who lives at an address. Send those requests to the custodian. For an emergency, call 911. If you believe someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local law enforcement.

City Clerk Open Records announced a GovQA to NextRequest transition effective July 1, 2026. Describe the existing record, address or other locator, department, and date range, then retain the confirmation number. Texas Public Information Act requests seek existing records; they do not require an agency to answer questions or create a new report.
